If the Kit isn't right for you, I'll refund your $49. Any reason, within 30 days of buying.

How to ask

  1. Email support@pcrescuelabs.com.
  2. Use the email address you bought with, or include it.
  3. Say you'd like a refund. You don't need to say why.

I refund through Stripe, to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund

Please stop using the license key. The free fixes are still yours to use.

Try before you buy. Over 30 fixes are free, with no time limit. You can read every fix and its command before you pay anything.
